QuEST students in front of a research facility on a trip abroad

Once a QuESTee, always a QuESTee

A private network for everyone who has been part of QuEST. Find people from your year, see where they are now and share what you are working on.

How the QuALUMNI network works

  1. 1

    You’re invited

Staff send invites to former members. If you haven’t had one, request it below and a teacher will check you were part of QuEST.

  2. 2

    Build your profile

Add your years at QuEST, your sub-QuESTs and the projects you worked on, then where you are now.

  3. 3

    Post and connect

Share news, opportunities and advice. Posts are checked by staff before they go live, because current students can read them.

Were you part of QuEST?

Tell us your name, the years you were at QEGS and your sub-QuEST. A member of staff will check and send you an invite.

What our QuALUMNI are up to

James Moore · SpaceQuEST ’21

Aerospace Engineering, Imperial College · 27 October 2026

Interviewing for a summer placement at ESA next week.

Oliver Brown · KitQuEST ’22

Mechanical Engineering, Loughborough · 27 October 2026

Spent the summer building test rigs for Formula Student. Most of what I know about getting a design to actually work, I learned in the KitQuEST workshop on Wednesday afternoons.

Marcus Taylor · EcoQuEST ’19

Sustainability Analyst, Arup · 27 October 2026

Just handed in my PhD thesis on low-cost soil sensors. It started with a BioQuEST project on the school allotment in 2016.

James Moore · SpaceQuEST ’21

Aerospace Engineering, Imperial College · 27 October 2026

Five years since we launched the balloon from the school field. Our 2020 flight data is now used in a first-year lab at Imperial. Any current SpaceQuEST students who want the raw files, send me a message.
